You may notice a slightly different name, our new logo and website. We’ve been looking forward to the exciting launch of our fresh brand since 2023. Now, it’s time for a proper introduction. 1. Why refresh the brand?
For over 60 years, we have continually evolved to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. By striving for our greatest potential, we help others do the same.
We refreshed the brand to help machinists better understand the breadth of our precision machining technologies and what they make possible. This knowledge will empower machinists to elevate their craft and stay competitive in today’s marketplace.
Acu-Rite Solutions creates precision CNC control and digital readout (DRO) systems that optimize manual machine tool profitability through greater accuracy, quality, and efficiency. We are proud to support machining professionals, educators, and hobbyists.
2. How has the brand changed?
We are excited to introduce a new brand name, visual identity, and tagline that reflect our commitments to our customers. In the coming months, you will see these elements rolled out across our products and communications.
ACU-RITE is now Acu-Rite Solutions.
Our new brand name describes the role we’ve always strived to fill for customers—a reliable machining partner. Acu-Rite Solutions is more than a supplier of CNC controls, DROs, linear encoders, and accessories. We solve customers’ application issues by helping them leverage the full capabilities of our technologies.
Acu-Rite Solutions develops precision machining technologies tailored to specific customer challenges. Customers receive our support throughout the product life cycle, from assessing their options to purchasing, installing, learning, and troubleshooting. Our easy-to-use technologies achieve better positioning accuracy while saving time and cost in high-production environments, educational settings, and home workshops.
For prospective customers, the new brand name also ensures a clear distinction from AcuRite weather products, with which Acu-Rite Solutions has no association.
Our brand has a new visual identity.
Visual identity refers to the visual elements that create a unique look for a brand. You’ve likely noticed our new logo, the most recognizable aspect of a brand’s visual identity. It reflects our new brand name, color palette, and tagline.
The upwards arrow illustrates progress and growth, which we enable customers to achieve through our complete line of precision machining technologies. The color green emphasizes our focus on precision, and the use of a familiar blue nods to our history.
“Powering Precision” is our brand tagline.
Our tagline, “Powering Precision,” showcases the collective impact of our brand, channel partners, and customers. Together, we maximize precision to create endless machining possibilities:

3. What about the brand will stay the same?
Only our brand name, visual identity, and tagline have changed. We will continue developing and supporting our precision machining technologies as part of the HEIDENHAIN Family of Brands.

It simplifies evaluating product benefits, understanding product applications, and obtaining product support whenever questions arise. Also, users can now locate nearby channel partners using a self-service tool.
